Change Account Administrator
[Support Center Home]

If you wish to change the administrator for your account, you need to send us a request with the new administrator information. This request must be on company letterhead and come from the current administrator, or an authorized company officer (President, CEO, etc.) if the current administrator is not available (ie. the administrator has left the company).

The request must be signed by the administrator currently on file with AESDirect or a company officer (President, CEO, etc.) and faxed to us at (301) 562-7795. Please include the following information:

  • Indicate that you wish to change your administrator
  • Company Name
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or D-U-N-S)
  • AESDirect Username
  • The new administrator information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    • E-Mail Address
    • Mailing Address
    • Signature & Title of the person requesting the change

This information should be faxed to (301) 562-7795. Once we have received your fax, we will contact you to confirm and complete your request.
