Support Center - Reset password and update security questions

How to Reset Your Password

An Automated Password Recovery Process is now available for all account types.

If the password is forgotten or expired, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link located in the login page. If your account appears as disabled or locked out, please contact your Account Administrator.

If the Account Administrator has been locked out or disabled, he or she will need follow the instructions located on the “How to Disable and Re-enable Your Account or Change Your Account Administrator” link under the Account Administration Section.


Update your Security Questions

If you have not yet set up security questions, a pop up will prompt you to do so. You need to select 3 security questions that authenticate your identity and record hints and answers to the questions selected. The questions will be used to enable the Automatic Password Recovery. Answers will not be case sensitive.

You may update your questions at any time. Click the link “Reset my security questions” located on the Account Summary of the AESDirect Main Menu.
