How to Get Your Password or Admin Code Reset
[Support Center Home]

If you have forgotten your password or admin code or it expired more than 30 days ago and cannot be changed online, you have to request to have your account reset with a new admin code and password.

In order for us to reset your password you need to fax a request to us on company letterhead, signed by the account administrator for your AESDirect account. Please include the following information:

  • Indicate that you wish to have your account reset
  • Company Name
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or DUNS)
  • AESDirect Username
  • Administrator Name

This information should be faxed to 1-301-562-7795. Once we have received your fax, we will contact you to confirm and complete your request.
