How to Re-Activate Your AESDirect Account

If your AESDirect account has been de-activated for any reason, you may request re-activation as follows:

Step 1: Fax a request on your company's letterhead to have your account re-activated.

This request must be on company letterhead and come from the current administrator or an authorized company officer (President, CEO, etc.) if the current administrator is not available (i.e. the administrator has left the company).

The request must be signed by the administrator currently on file with AESDirect or a company officer (President, CEO, etc.) and faxed to us at (301) 562-7795. Please include the following information:

  • Indicate that you wish to re-activate your account
  • Company Name
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or DUNS)
  • AESDirect Username
  • The new administrator information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    • E-Mail Address
    • Mailing Address
    • Signature & Title of the person requesting the change

Step 2: Account Re-Activation

Once we have received your fax, we will contact the account administrator and provide an Activation Code. This Activation Code can be used by the administrator to automatically re-activate the AESDirect account (using the "Re-Activate an Account" link). The Activation Code will remain valid for 5 days. If an Activation Code is not used within 5 days, a new request to re-activate the account must be faxed. In addition, if you type an Activation Code incorrectly 10 times, it will be de-activated.
