The following exemption statements should be placed at the bottom of the description column of the first page of the Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, or other loading documents for a shipment.
For each legend, 2 versions are supplied. The first should be used when the all commodities on a shipment are reported in AES. The second is to be user when some commodities on a shipment are valued at less than $2,500 and are not reported in AES.
